    Terrible experience! Ordered a wheel arch kit they sent the wrong one a much cheaper type, I only realised this when the body shop had fitted it as I just gave them the aches in there plastic wrapping due to the delivery note had the correct item on it. For a full refund they expected me to have it removed at my expense so I could either get the correct one sent so I could be charged again now for a removal and then another one to be fitted! or a full refund as long as it was in the original packaging! Which only gave an option of the refund of the value of the kit I had received against the one I originally ordered no extra compensation as an apology. Terrible service and customer service from them due to there mistake I don’t have the product I want and to get a refund would cost me even more money very disappointing from them you should be ashamed.

    I've recently purchased quite a few items from this company and I accidentally put the wrong address, I called up and got through to Abbey. She quickly changed the address to ensure my items go to the right place. I then as you do started to get carried away and wanted more products from their range. One of them was an item that I wasn't too sure on fitting my truck. I called customer service for some advice and again got Abbey, I found her so friendly, knowledgeable and frankly a credit to this company. I emailed the info Abbey requested and had a response stating Abbey was on annual leave. Someone else picked up the email, responded quickly with options and solutions. Im expecting my items to arrive today but I know it'll all be perfectly and I find myself so happy with the customer service that I don't even need to see my items before I give a massive credit to this company. Thank you for you excellent customer service I can't wait to buy more from you.
