Ordered a dog toy on 9/9/22. Emailed after 2 weeks with no order update as the item didn't arrive. Was assured this would be sent the next day. I still have not recieved it and have emailed twice more wanting a refund. Not happy with this service at all. Update 5/11/2022 I recieved my dogs toy yesterday, with a lovely little note and a free gift of some treats. My dog is over the moon with her new toy and hasn't stopped playing with it. Its just a shame it took so long to arrive.
I love this shop! If you're you're looking for something a little bit different for your four-legged friend then this is the place to go. The staff are so friendly and love all dogs, big and small. Really knowledgeable about the great range of products they sell too.
Really wonderful shop in the heart of Brighton. The owner and staff are all so friendly and lovely and we love seeing the pictures of all their canine customers on the wall. Great range of kit and accessories for your animals and a dog friendly cafe to boot!

I popped in here today with my pugs and I absolutely fell in love with everything in the shop! Some really cute harnesses with a great choice of designs! Lots of treats and toys and the owner was so friendly, had a real passion for his work and was lovely to meet, we could have spent all day in there! We will be back!
