   After a less than ideal experience at another groomer in the area I was fortunate to be recommended to Paws on Track. Right from the start, Jamie was absolutely superb. Owning a breed with a similarly complex coat himself, Jamie exudes confidence and skill, which put me at ease immediately. He is incredibly good with my boy, Bear, who with is a large pup with a complex coat, absolutely loves going there. He literally skips in! The staff's expertise doesn't end with grooming. Jacqui provides excellent dietary advice and has an outstanding selection of food, treats, and even toys to choose from. Their Christmas Grotto is a delightful bonus. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the team, you know your furbaby is in great hands. It’s clear that Paws on Track isn’t just another groomer; it’s a family-run business with years of experience and a genuine understanding of what dogs need. They make every dog feel special, regardless of size, coat type, or temperament. If you're looking for a place that truly values your pet/furbaby and provides top-notch care, take them to Paws on Track—you won’t regret it!

   Paws on track is the most amazing shop in Haywards Heath. I don’t like to call it a pet shop as it is so much more than that. Jacqui and her amazing team (special shout-out to Jamie) are there for help and advice which has been invaluable over the past couple of years. Their advice and great range of healthy food and treats has made my Max the happiest and healthiest boy he could ever be.

   Absolutely loved the Winter Grrrrotto! The photos are incredible and have made some great Christmas Cards. My dog (who usually hates hard treats) went absolutely mad for the treat pack given to me that are also sold in store (fish biscuits) - we will be back for more soon!

   Jacqui and all the team are fantastic. We get skye groomed with Emma, who listens to what we would like done. Always go here for advice with skye. And love the fact they do a winter wonderland for dogs which we went to today, and the photos are fabulous (even let the whole family join in!). Thank you, everyone involved.

   If my dog ever runs away, it'll be because she's heading to Paws on Track! We can't walk anywhere nearby without her pulling me towards the shop, she loves it here so much - and not just for the wonderful variety of food and treats, but she adores Emma and Jacqui and rightly so. She's just had another groom here, and didn't want to leave to come home! We've had so many compliments about her since we started getting her groomed here as she comes out looking fantastic each time (and she clearly feels amazing and special with the 5* treatment she receives. I can't really recommend Paws on track enough. If you have a dog, stop in for a treat and book your dog in for a groom - nowhere else compares when it comes to how well they'll look after your dog, they're the best (and amazing value too!).

   Always love shopping here. Jacqui, and her family team, are so helpful and there’s always something new. Plus the range of treats, all plastic free, are so much cheaper than others in Haywards Heath! Also a great place to buy gifts for pet lovers too with some lovely hand made items !
