   I'm new to the area so have tried this vet with my dog. She's an older dog with arthritis. I've had two visits both costings a few hundred pounds, but with a caveat that they'll provide a prescription once we find the right combination of medication and it will save us a lot of money. Anyway, we have hit on the right combination but no prescription has been forthcoming. I've asked for one in person twice, and on the pets app (which is promoted on the website). Anyway, I feel like I have to go elsewhere where which probably means starting again and further unnecessary costs. I feel let down.

   It’s not often you find a vet who is patient, soft spoken, calm, and comes to agreement with care plans and what is right for your animal’s specific needs, but Ian has been absolutely fantastic with Rose. Rose has a few various health issues but, until a few months ago had such a sore neck Ian persisted never gave up and did not jump to worse case scenarios, he took his time showing care and compassion and each check up as there were improvements you could truly tell how happy that made Ian (despite Rose being a little grumpy girl). Ian listens to us, and has really made us put trust into the process, and has gotten to know Rose well, from myself and my mum we can’t thank Ian enough he is a real true credit to the practice! We hope you enjoy this wonderful picture of our little lady Rose!

   I whole heartedly recommend this practice. They have treated our dog before amd did so woth so much care. Today, they admitted my kitten who had a deep abscess on his face. They are so emphatic amd caring and will go above and beyond to make sure the animals that they treat are priority. I honestly couldn't be more grateful to everyone who works here. The lady at reception started her day early as I had plan, the nurses who tended to his every need throughout the day and the vet who worked on him twice. Thank you all so much. We are incredibly grateful.

   I love this vets, so much. They were fantastic with my bearded dragon (my goodness, it was such a relief to find them, and not to have to go further afield), and have even given me advice about a fledgeling seagull. The receptionist always has time to talk to me, and is extremely lovely, as is the lovely Spanish vet, who's name I've entirely forgotten but couldn't recommend more. I'd give more stars if I could!

   Rosario and her staff saved my rabbit's life. Other vets were not keen to sedate and x-ray her to see what was wrong. Rosario gave Susan the rabbit a chance rather than just telling me to end her life. I am so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to everyone. She cares about the animal and she cares about how you feel. Also the cost was nothing compared to what an emergency vet would charge in Surrey - not that money mattered to me - I just wanted to know what was wrong with my Susan and now she is on the road to recovery.

   We haven't been with this vetinarary practice long, but in the time we have, we'd never leave. The Vets, Nurses, and Reception ladies have been nothing but kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and for the animals. After a very bad experience at Companion Care, this practice has restored my faith in Vets and is very for the animals and not the money. We can't thank you all enough!

   Fab place. Rosario runs a friendly, vetinary clinic with helpful staff in a clean and tidy environment. My dog recently had surgery and all the staff seem to take an interest in the well being of every pet through their doors. I also part of Help4hedgehogs and Rosario has been a godsend at treating some of our wild hedgehogs.

   We were on holiday nearby, and one of our dogs had difficulty breathing. We rushed to the nearest vet and luckily it was Horsebridge. To cut a very long story short, the next day he needed a tracheotomy, we were in such a state as we were so close to losing him. Rosario and the Claires ( both of the Claires) were so kind, helpful and caring and he pulled through. Now we are back home in Scotland, his tube has been removed, and he is his usual playful self again. We can't thank everyone at Horsebridge enough for everything they did for us, and I can most highly recommend this practice.
