I seem to be visiting the vets way too often for my liking, I have 2 dogs and they seem to take turns not being well. As always the team are compassionate towards my pets, are thorough and are happy to spend the time diagnosing and explaining my options. Whilst not cheap (what vet is?) they try to minimise where possible the costs incurred. I love having a local vet a couple of minutes away with a 24 hr emergency also on my doorstep should the need arise (which it has more than once). For these reasons for me it is good value for peace of mind.

Great service. The female vet (I've forgotten her name) who looked over our cat was so thorough and caring. Reassuring him and us all the way through the appointment. At the end before opening the door she double checked the door to his carier was on safely. It's little things like that, that make a big difference. Really confident and happy with the treatment he got.

Amazing Vet Practice β₯οΈ Donβt know where to start really, my cat Simba who is nearly 2 wasn't going a wee probably so I contacted our vet who we are registered with since we became cat owners. Our vet said we need to give him some medicine until it runs out which we did, which helped a little bit, on Wednesday morning I noticed Simba being sick and a bit of blood down below I called our vet as soon as they opened gave me an appointment for 4pm my partner got home from work and called me to say we need to get Simba seen sooner which he called got an appointment for 11am. My partner took him vet said we have 2 options pay Β£1,081 or get our cat put to sleep. Which we didnβt take too easy. We explained we donβt have that much money to pay upfront. Wouldnβt let us pay it off either. We didnβt know what to do I called RSPCA who was so helpful referred us to Downslinks Horsham, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable they kept us so informed they took Simba In straight away to help staff at this vet are amazing they even send us a photo of Simba they honestly went above and beyond for us and Simba, now Simba is home eating and drinking and have a good wee haha Thank you from the bottom of our heart you helped us and saved Simba. Good vets for our dog & not had any problems. Even prices seem to be reasonable. I would of given you 4 stars, but your receptionist is your achilles heel. Your receptionist is very rude & miserable! She was abrupt when she let us in the door & when we went to pay, didn't say thank you or goodbye. Seriously guys, this woman is the forefront of your business as will be your downfall. Get someone that has good customer service & is happy to greet & talk to customers.
