   An emergency vet is never anything you really want to use, however 2 months ago, our dog Bertie needed help in the middle of the night and we came to Arun Veterinary Group where we were met by Cameron who looked after him with great care and helped get him home to us next day. Sadly it was with a terminal diagnosis but he put in place a plan to help give Bertie more time with us. Another night time trip, again met by Cameron who took Bertie into his care and kept us informed throughout. Even when things got worse, we were always treated with amazing care, and never felt rushed in saying our final goodbyes. The whole team at Storrington were so kind to us during a very difficult time.

   Brought my dog Ralph here for dental treatment and I was seriously impressed. Gabby, the dental surgeon, did an outstanding job – Ralph recovered quickly and is back to himself already. The whole team were professional, efficient and genuinely caring. Special mention to the nursing staff, who supported the process brilliantly. Arun Veterinary Group is a practice you can trust – skilled, compassionate, and highly professional. Highly recommended.

   We had to bring our dog in for an emergency appointment, very early on a Sunday morning. Sadly, we had to have Harry put to sleep later that afternoon, but care and pain relief was given to him so we could take him home for one last walk. The team (Hannah and the lady on reception) were so kind throughout what was undoubtedly the hardest day of our lives, saying goodbye to our 15 year old dog. The gave us the time and compassion we needed. Our usual vet seen him the previous morning and said nothing was wrong, we brought him here and he was scanned immediately and diagnosed. I know for sure I’ll come here if we ever get another pet. Thank you again for your care and empathy throughout, it made this difficult and traumatic time that much easier. I should also thank you for the card you sent to us later that week.

   I have 8 dogs and they all receive treatment at Arun vets. As four of my dogs are disabled, they need the expertise of experienced vets and staff. The vets and staff at Arun vets understand how to care for disabled dogs with the love and dignity they deserve. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I feel confident that my dogs are in the best hands. One of my dogs Arlo, was born with deformed front legs. He has needed several operations, many splint changes and physiotherapy on a regular basis, since his rescue at six months. He has always been treated with love and care at all times and I feel confident to leave him in their capable hands. I think they are a fantastic practice and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

   I can't recommend Arun Vets fear free sessions at Storrington enough ! I took my very worried and nervous dog to see Lily to try and show him that vets are not a bad thing !. Lily found out what approach worked best for him and to encourage him to have FUN. This positive experience paid off, as I recently had to take him in for a small procedure. He was able to cope really well and having Lily with him and knowing what worked with him was amazing. He came out of the treatment so much better than if he hadn't had the positive fear free sessions. I recommend the sessions to any owner and dog !!!

   Absolutely fantastic surgery. I had to bring my Golden Retriever here when visiting family for an emergency visit. They were fast, welcoming and above all very kind to both me and my dog. The vet was transparent with tests and the rationale for them along with the treatment plan prior to instigating anything. Cannot recommend them highly enough and just wish I lived closer so they could be my regular vet!

   Arun Veterinary Group at Storington Had to take our labrador (Baxter) to them in an emergency. All the staff, Vets, Nurses, Receptionists were all fantastic. They did their very best to try and save our beautiful boy. He sadly passed away today. Thank You All

   Went to the out of hours consultation, didn't have to wait long to be seen. After the consultation, felt well informed and with a good diagnosis. Will certainly come back again if I need out of hours service. As this is not my usual pet practice.
