I honestly couldn't recommend this garage enough! I was visiting the area from out of town when my vehicle unexpectedly developed a problem. The team at John Rice Motors were incredibly professional and welcoming, from management and front desk staff, to the workshop personnel. The team took their time explaining the technical aspects and were a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use them again if I was local to the area.

An excellent old school local garage/fuel station. Polite and courteous staff who are very helpful.
Highly recommend this garage! It gets booked up and is busy so book in advance if you need something doing. Very reliable, trustworthy and honest, feel very at ease taking my car here (even as a woman, and I shouldn't have to say that!). They give great realistic advice on what's the best course of action for you next if you need it.

Always a friendly helpful welcome. Very easy to access off the road and if you're unsure on any requirements they'll help and put you right. It's great there are still some filling station/garages with the personal touch still with us.
