That's twice in the last couple of weeks Jas has saved the day for us on very short notice and with really quick service, once for a broken exhaust and today for a failing battery diagnosed and replaced on a different vehicle. Thorough diagnostics done to make sure we're not just firing the parts cannon (which I what I'd be doing if left to my own devices), parts obtained and installed with updates given as available. Brilliant service, couldn't fault it.

Amatures. Took my car in to replace the front road spring. They dropped the subframe and captive nut in the chassis started to turn so they cut a hole into the chassis so they could put some grips onto the captive nut and rewelded the hole in the chassis. Were they should of removed the bottom ball joint and this would of given enough room to remove the suspension leg. Completely the wrong way to changing the spring. Plus they rang me when I was home stating that they had left two pins out of the subframe. Which would make my car fail it's MOT. No offer was made to rectify this.
