   I have known Trish for a very long time, the most important attribute that she has is her caring attitude towards all animals, Cats,Dogs and all wildlife. When someone gives a poor review they can at least have the decency to relay the complete story!! She would be considering the pets welfare before anything else. i think some pets need time to adjust to their new home, and maybe a little time and patience from the new owner, the outcome would have been so different. Keep up all the good and caring work you have done all your life and hope this pet is given time to adjust to her new enviroment.

   Have taken my dog today to be groomed....the lady was made aware of my dog's prior background. Was phoned to say that she hadn't settled...fair enough, but was still charged £50 for the dog just having been bathed and her torso having been cut. I now need to go to another groomer who has actually been recommended so my dog will look tidy.... very disappointed by the cost!. £20 of the £50 has now been refunded after I phoned and complained to the groomer.

   My dog came here for the 1st time. He was well welcomed they took the time to see what I would like and most importantly my dog came out beautifully groomed and as happy as he went in . Thank you very much I have already rebooked my poe in ahead of time . Great service,great prices and great people .
