   Absolutely brilliant is all I can say! I've been a customer of Lawsons for many years including when they were Crowthornes and it would appear that their staff just seem to have upped their game in terms of customer service. Whatever my needs have been, especially over the past 6 months, the staff have always gone that extra mile to help me with my orders. I've usually dealt with Gary, Terry, Sammy and Danielle, all of whom have demonstrated that they're customer focused and have always done whatever they can to help me with my building supply needs.    Lawsons spotted my error! Made an online purchase with Lawsons... I ordered some natural coloured contemporary slatted fence panels and ordered the matching slatted gate but inadvertently ordered the WRONG colour! LUCKILY, Lawsons had the forethought to contact me and ask if the different colours was what I had wanted and my mistake was spotted. Had they not called me, I would have received the wrong colour gate which would have caused me major grief with our landscaper who was booked the day after delivery to erect the fence and gate. This was amazing customer service from Lawsons; I don't think I've ever had an online order queried in this way by any company. Thankfully they did. Cheers Lawsons... top drawer service!!! (by the way, the fence and gate are lovely... very good quality, look fantastic and delivery was super quick). I can highly recommend them.

   Don't waste your time and money with this company or branch. I put an order in was told everything was fine for delivery on a specific day, I even rang them up the day before to confirm everything was still fine and was told it was and that if there was an issue that someone would contact me. So anyway it got to around 4pm on the day still no delivery so I rang them up and was told only then that they couldn't deliver on that day and then basically they couldn't even guarantee me when they would next be able to deliver everything on a day I was available to take it in so I just ended up cancelling the order and was given a full refund back. Also to the admin who replies back to the company reviews on here is clearly just as useless at resolving things for its customers because there is still the same issues as other reviewers have clearly stated same as me and quite obviously nothing has been done about it months before I had even put my order in..(unfortunately I didn't check the reviews before hand as I wouldn't have put an order in) And so much for their slogan of "Family Values-Professional Service"...I find nothing professional about how this company operates. A complete shambles. AVOID
