   This is the worst customer service I have ever received. An employee/owner accused my friend of stealing, forcing him to come back into the store to explain he was only taking a picture of an item. ​The staff member was incredibly cold and rude, acting as if she didn't want any customers. Her behaviour was absolutely appalling. As someone who also works in customer service, I would never treat a person that way. If she were my employee, she would be sacked immediately for her lack of manners and poor treatment of people. ​It was clear she judged us based on my friend's appearance. We will never be returning, and I will ensure no one I know gives you their business either. An apology is definitely needed

   I am not happy with the service I received today,I arrived at sams at 17:55 to have a key cut I was told to be there at this time the guy then turned up and said "go else where", this is very disappointing as I was advised to be there at this time the guy then said "but our opening times are 10:00am till 18:00pm".He was rude and was not understanding to my work times which is where I start my day at 4:30am and don't finish until 17:30pm each day , a key takes less then 5 minutes to cut.I only live a few minutes up the road , I came to Sam's as I wanted to support a small local business , after today I will never be using this establishment again and will not recommend it to anyone that I know.This is not the first time there establishment has been rude and in helpful. Very disappointed customer,THANKS SAMS.
