   We went in looking for an older tile that we couldnt find anywhere, the were an odd size too. Armed with just a photo of the tiles we wanted to match we went in hoping that maybe we could get something similar. We were in luck, the very helpful man working there know straight away which tile we had and went to get one to check it with us. It was spot on, so we got a few just incase. All in all, id say, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be back for all our.tile needs in the future. Thanks.

   Amazing ongoing customer experience with the whole team at the Bedford branch from helping us select tiles, ordering and locating extra stock at short notice. Great recommendation on the new earthen leaf stone tiles that have an embossed leaf pattern which we've used alongside their neutral counterpart to create a low key but standout feature wall. Great to have such a personal and local experience with the professional standards and great prices of a large company.

   Excellent service from James and Callum. Went into the Bedford store to pick a single tile for my basin backsplash. Very helpful chaps and they even cut the tile to my requirements. Highly recommended to anyone looking great customer service and tiles.

   Everytime you go in there and ask for something they always argue with you stating that you need a different size for what you are asking for. They should hire people who have actually tiled and not people who have no clue what they are talking about. HAPPENS EVERYTIME.

   We have over 10k to spend on tiles. Both young lads never even greeted us, spoke to us, asked if we needed help. Both glued to phones talking about football from last night. Awful service. Missed out on a big sale. Flaky, generation.

   Awful service. Both staff members glued to their phones, one youngish lad and an older lady, barely glanced up even when I asked where something was. Very unhelpful when we asked a host of further basic questions and kept getting told she didn’t know and will have to contact head office. This lost them out on the whole new four bedroom house that we was shopping for and other properties we will soon be acquiring. I’m sure the staff won’t be bothered but maybe the management will!

   Young assistant not wearing a mask. Had to be reminded. He then put it on his mouth only. Had to be reminded again. He is serving customers. Upsetting. Other staff seem unconcerned.
