I ordered 6 reclaimed sleepers recently and they were delivered very quickly . Good quality sleepers that I have used to edge my driveway.
Unfortunately, I'm having a bad time with the oak sleepers. We've ordered two batches now, and the vast majority of what we have is warped and bowed. There's a good chance however that the fault is with how we've stored them, and how long it's taken us to get round to actually using them.
I'd highly recommend this company. The incised sleepers that I purchased (2400 x 200 x 100) are of excellent quality, extremely well-priced and were delivered on time and dropped exactly where I wanted them (thank you Alex!). Delivery charge was very reasonable too. Thank you Liz and team for the great customer service and advice too.
Really high quality sleepers. Very heavy for "soft wood". Staff in the office and the delivery driver super polite/professional and unbeatable prices. Delivery was only £40 for 25 sleepers 125x250x2400 (I think £670 total). I think I'm 30 or 60 minutes from them. Bargain
Outstanding. Spoke to Liz on Friday morning, polite, friendly and helped me to make an informed choice of sleeper. Checked had quantity in stock and as I was making payment they were loading the van and had my sleepers within the hour (I do only live a few miles away so was probably a bit lucky). Delivered by two polite and helpful guys who off loaded them in exactly the right spot. Would highly recommend.
After shopping around (lots), I settled on reclaimed sleepers and fixings from SCL Sleepers. We couldn't be happier with the sleepers, the service we received was excellent too. We bought 21 sleepers which we've used to make two raised beds . The office (Liz) from quote to post delivery have been great to work with, very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The same goes for delivery. Good notification, delivered on time and placed exactly where we wanted them. The chaps delivering were also very professional and friendly. Fantastic service really friendly team from ordering to delivery. Added to this they carry card Machines on their delivery vans so payment is quick easy, great for peace of mind when ordering online from a company that you may not of used before. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
