   Before I start, this is not a review about the staff, they were polite & courteous. This is a review about Dulux Decorator Centres Customer Service. We've always been Johnson's customers but visited this centre as it is very conveniently located. We picked a colour for our outside walls however, the paint mixing person wouldn't colour match the colour we required. Apparently they couldn't despite having a spectrometer which can colour match any colour in B&Q or Johnson's. Kept being told we can't get close to it. After complaining to customer services, it turns out the colour was a Dulux colour and if they colour match it & mix it in Armstead (Dulux by another name but by the same company) but £14 a tin cheaper, its a sackable offence! Obviously, we don't want people to lose their jobs over a colour shade. Anyway, with a decorator due we had to opt for the vastly more expensive Dulux branded paint and ended up being fleeced for £50 more than was necessary. I was also promised a call back from a regional manager, who clearly couldn't be bothered to make that call, so, customer services rang back to advise us we would receive a call back from their technical team instead. Which, you guessed it, never happened! This was our first, and most definitely, our last visit to one of these shops and we would advise everyone and anyone to steer clear of them. Go to Johnson's or B&Q instead. This company has no regard for their customers or their staff. It's all about the money, not the customer experience.
