Absolutely rip off i do not recommend this place to anyone People working there have No idea what are doing Went for small problem they kept on guessing Kept changing the parts and said It could be this could that Charged me £500 Eventually told me to go home and drive for few days And come back if same problem Wasted my 2 days
I had a terrible experience at this place. The owner was extremely rude to me and raised his voice several times during what should have been a simple conversation. I also felt like I was being pushed to pay more money in the name of card payment, which came across as very unprofessional. On top of that, I was told they only accept cash and I should know it beforehand. When I asked why, the owner claimed it was to avoid taxes. I found that extremely concerning and it made the whole interaction feel shady and unreliable. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and I strongly recommend others avoid this business.
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Extremely unprofessional. I left my car expecting it to be worked on the same day, but they never touched it and never called me with any update. When I went back the next morning, the car was still in the exact same spot. They basically wasted my time without permission — no communication, no apology, nothing. Totally careless and unprofessional. Avoid this place.

I purchased bmw car only 3 years old with low mileage for £14500. it turns out the car came with some damage and asked the seller to repair them following the consumer right act 2015. I am not expert and bought the car from trader to make sure that I get consumer statutory protection. the seller became disrespectful and refused to even talk to me. He said never to contact him. He seems to think he can opt out from the consumer right act 2015 believing that he sold the car with no warrenty, which is irrelevant. As a trader, his responsibility to repair or even refund fully if goods become unsatisfactory quality or defective. luckily, I paid partially by credit car and is currently on the process of making a claim. I provided expert report along side other evidences to the bank proofing the damage were there before purchase. A very horrible seller. avoid avoid avoid. seller was nice until I paid him, but it turns out such a nasty trader. Due to the currently situation this has been going on for 3 months, but I will get there. The claim has not failed and will be compensated but it is taking much longer. Anyone with legal and consumer right act 2015 will know that. Such a lier. By I will use your own word against you! As a trader where is your evidence to say that the defects were pointed out to me and I agreed to buy it with all the defect? Proof it!!
Great experience car as described in fact better than it was described. Delivered to my doorstep and made a card payment on my doorstep. Great service and very polite indeed.
