This practice is all an NHS dental practice should be. All the staff are polite and professional and you feel totally involved with the treatment that they suggest. I have been lucky enough to be registered with this practice since I moved to Buxton 15 years ago. Thank you everyone for your excellent service to our community.
Tried to leave a message, when calling to rearrange an appointment on Friday, no one answered the phone. Called again and left a message about the cancellation, then I called them again to try to rearrange, was told that it was a late cancellation and no in not being seen. The practise seems to treat everyone every differently.!
Excellent hygiene very thorough very professional excellent service it’s one of the best I have encountered in my life highly recommend I think her name was Becky but not 100 o/o sure.
I would like to commend this dental practice, for their exceptional patient care. I have been a patient for many years. The staff are always wonderful. Today I have to say a member of the team went above and beyond, to assist me with a query. I was calling on behalf of a friend who needed help with their child’s dental care. The child was not a patient, at the Buxton practice. However Sophie was amazingly helpful and cannot thank her even for the advice she gave. I feel very lucky to have my family registered here. I would definitely recommend there services.

I recently contacted Broad Walk Dental Practice for an emergency appointment and was quickly seen to the same day. All the staff I met were really friendly and helped me feel at ease over the course of my treatment. I am so pleased with the quality of the care I received and can’t recommend the practice enough.
Was visiting the area and what had been diagnosed as jaw pain by my GP became unbearably painful. Broad Walk Dental Practice fitted me in as an emergency and Mr Hannah could not have been more thorough or helpful. He put me in a strong dose of antibiotics to clear up the abscess that was causing my pain and gave me full instructions for when I returned home. I am incredibly grateful as the consequences of the swelling could have been extremely serious.
Highly recommended After having a bad experience with a dentist in a nearby town I was anxious about my next dental appointment. I need not have been. Dr Duncan Hannah is very considerate and took time to give me impartial advice which would benefit me and preserve my dental health, rather than enrich himself. Dr Hannah is very thorough and I have had my confidence restored because of his decency and professionalism. The reception staff & dental nurses are all kind, courteous and friendly. The premises are located in a beautiful building overlooking the Pavilion Gardens and are everything one should expect. I recently attended the clinic to see Miss Bradwell and found her to be very helpful, professional and kind.
