   Had an emergency appointment after a filling was lost and left pins exposed which dug into my tongue. Elizabeth Pickett was the only dentist on duty but did a wonderful job to replace the missing filling and already my tongue is less painful. Thanks to all the staff at the practice.

   I recently had a dental appointment and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the team was positive, friendly, and genuinely professional. Everything was clearly explained, informative, and delivered with great expertise. I felt completely understood and reassured throughout, which made such a difference. I left feeling like a truly valued patient who had been very well cared for. Highly recommend!

   I've not been for nearly a year. I had a large treatment plan completed. I don't think the girls realised it was me as I'm not i was 12 months ago. Mark was a lovely as always. He is a lovely dentist. He's been so good too me and cared for me through my illnesses and accidents. Thank you Mark. ❤️❤️

   Excellent care as usual, couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Thorough, informative and friendly. I used to be so anxious but Mr Goodwin was so gentle and explained every step of the way, he was so considerate. Long may he continue. All the staff on reception were happy & very friendly . It’s no longer something I dread. Well done all. JM

   DO NOT USE EVER ! Wanting my medical history from Birth to clean my teeth . I spent over literally hundred hours achieving this by doctors visits to which they were really not happy , the doctors for having to do this . I travelled three separate times to this surgery to try and give them the written information . They refused to take the information they had requested due to ' only being receptionists ' . I obviously asked for the Manager to which they physically dud not have , so no one was able to take the requested information . They struck me of the books for being a ' trouble maker ' . The bigger picture is there unloading NHS patients as stated by dozens in these reviews ! The fact also being that all the good staff have left the praise after being treated this same way ! DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS It used to be very Good

   Great dental surgery. I had a bad experience with other dental surgeries I came to to this one 2 years ago and the staff from receptionists to dental nurses to dentists especially Mr goodwin are so friendly and helpful

   Had a couple of negative experiences a few months ago (that review I’ve now deleted because I believe it’s unfair if things improved) involving calling and failing to refer. But after revisiting 4 times since, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences, the dentists are lovely, friendly and professional, and the receptionists always helpful. I haven’t attempted to book via phone since the previous issues, so can’t comment on their potential improvement. Would happily recommend here now!

   JUST CARE ABOUT THE MONEY NOT YOU!!! Just wanna take money off you, NHS put in place a pay structure so basic check up and dental work can't be over priced by dodgy dentists bit this place has found a loop hole called a oral hygienest, anything need doing in a check up if refused by the dentist and you get told book in with a oral hygienest that cost double a check up price as the NHS doesn't controll payments for this so can't tell the dentist what he/she can charge. Also I've been removed as a patient because I missed appointments when I had covid and I informed them of this with notice, yet they never gave me any notice I was no longer with them untill I called up for them to fix previous dental work they had done, that I paid for. But good news is I can go find a good dentist and get treated with some respect.

   I felt at ease the moment I arrived. I am one of those wimps that doesn't like the dentist, the fear of pain is awful, however, I visited Stafford Dental Surgery for a series of work and was seen by a wonderful dentist named Mayuni Bhatia. The moment I arrived, I was reassured and subsequently felt so at ease being treated. I also must thank the two nursing staff who supported the dentist, Lauren and Monica. As a team, they all work so well, are so pleasant and helped make me feel so comfortable. Most importantly, I am pain free now and very very happy.
