   I had a broken tooth that was causing me pain and was given a same day appointment. X-rays determined that I needed root canal treatment. I attended for this on Tuesday and was very nervous about this but I needn’t have been. Giida Mohamed is the absolute nicest most gentle dentist that I have ever been treated by, talking me through every step and making sure that I was ok throughout, and although uncomfortable (from holding my mouth open for the better part of an hour!) there was absolutely no pain after my treatment.

   Excellent treatment. I had 2 teeth extracted and implants put in together with a bone graft. The work was done by Dr Nic who is a specialist in implants. I was expecting some pain after the anesthetic had worn off but everything was fine, no pain at all. Throughout the treatment Dr Nic explained everything and was very reassuring. I've also had work done by another dentist, Emad and his work is also excellent.

   Went for routine check up, was given a view of the back of my teeth that I was never able to see for myself. What I saw wasn't good. Ashii and Tshalini were fantastic giving me the best advice how to clean what you can't see. Everyday is a school day. I must floss my teeth ! Thank you for the lesson today

   I recently had two wisdom teeth removed that also required tooth reconstruction. Throughout the process Dr Nik was supportive and professional, talking me through the process and putting me at ease. I totally recommend Hanover Dental Practice and Dr Nik for their professionalism, after care and for making the teeth extraction not nearly as bad as I expected.

   A massive thank you to all at Hanover dental practice. Over the last 8 months I’ve been receiving Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy treatment and have had to change and cancel appointments (some at very short notice). I’ve also had to book an emergency appointment and an urgent check up appointment. All of this has been with minimal effort on my part and maximum assistance from the surgery in arranging/rearranging appointments to tie in with my treatment and me feeling well enough to attend. I cannot thank the staff enough for their support over the last eight months, the reception staff, dentists and hygienist have all been wonderful. Thank you again :-)

   We are leaving this practice after many years of been here. Our check up appointments always seem to get cancelled. It’s now another four months they can see us. But they are quick enough to take you off the register or give u a warning if you cancel on the same day due to illness. I find the reception staff can come across quite rude at times and speak to you with tone like you are child. Even when they ring you to cancel your appointment they seem to have this manner about them that I don’t seem like. I’ve now contacted another dental practice to join and when I went in to collect the forms I immediately felt a lot better for it when seeing the friendly lady behind the desk smiling. I already know I’ve made the right choice.

   Receptionist attitude absolutely awful. Ring up for an appointment doing as advised by the dentist. To get a bad attitude and mighty than though from some stuck up Receptionist.

   My wife was called to book an appointment and been told she was removed from register as she has not been seen a dentist last two years. Why would we see dentist if you dont have any dental problems. And they rip you off the huge money. They even did not given a warning or notice of removal from the register. The reception staffs were unprofessional and Attitude is horrible
