   For more than 10years Shaun (S &G caravans) has looked after and maintained my Caravans, providing helpful advice and a professional, friendly and reliable service with no job too small. He has just (28th July 2025) managed an urgent warranty fridge replacement claim for me. From diagnosing the problem to fitting the new one was about a week. Even though very busy he made time to fit this job in. He is always there when he says he will be, I have never been let down. Shaun remains as my preferred service Engineer to use. I would very highly recommend S&G Caravans.

   Book early to get the best home service for your van. £240 for our single axle was great vfm and several replacement bits were covered in the price. Shaun is a nice guy, professional, gives impartial advice and I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

   Shaun was brilliant and helped me out when i had just bought a motorhome and wanted it check out before the final purchase. Everyone else was busy and could not fit me in, but Shaun made the effort to squeeze me in his diary. The customer service was excellent even called me later that day to let me know everything was good on the inspection and sent through the paperwork so i can see. Would thoroughly recommend and was more than reasonable on price as well.

There is nothing he doesn't know about caravans and he is thorough, punctual and reasonable on cost.    Great service and experience. Called Shaun due to issues getting service sorted due to sudden unavailability of previous booked in mechanic. Shaun managed to come up with a solution, was very flexible and did a great job. Really felt that Shaun went out of his way to help us out. Very much appreciated.

   S&G carried out our annual service where the van was sited so no hassle for us to get it to a workshop. They arrived when expected, carried out the service and changed the fluid in our heating system efficiently and discussed what was found and what needed to be done and gave us a choice of whether to do it or not. Really pleased with their work and the cost was a bit less than expected so all in all really pleased. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
