We recently visited the H. Samuel store in Brighton and were absolutely delighted with the service provided by Kerri. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were incredibly attentive without being pushy. Kerri, who assisted us, was phenomenal. Had a wonderful experience today in the Churchill Square, H Samuel finding anniversary gifts for my wife and I. Kerri was incredible, she knew exactly what to reccomend based on our requests. We got inspired and ended up choosing a bunch of pretty things. We were delighted to learn we could get my wife's ears re-pierced too, so saved time and money booking in on the spot. Lilja managed the piercing quickly and painlessly for us. Kerri also impressed me hugely by offering a price match when I was hesitating on the watch I wanted. On top of all that she gave us a lovely offer that meant we got a £100+ necklace for £30 (pictured middle of the three) plus £70 savings on the watch RRP! We felt spoiled, the team were welcoming, knowledgable and definitely guaranteed we will be back again for the next occasion or a treat inbetween.

Great customer service. I wanted a certain watch and I couldn’t get to store until at later date so I called the store and spoke to Kerri who was so helpful, she put the watch by for me and allowed me to pay with my voucher over the phone so I could secure the watch and she put away safe for me to collect when I was able. It made me feel so valued as a customer would shop at this store again without question.

Went in to look at wedding rings and was ignored by all 3 members of staff who were stood at the back chatting. The member of staff we ended up speaking to wasn't very knowledgeable, kept showing me the wrong colour rings and made some judgey comments about my engagement ring. It really dampened our first experience shopping for wedding rings. The shop was also incredibly low on stock. There were whole display boards empty in most cabinets. Would recommend going somewhere like ernest jones around the corner instead.
