I brought a bracelet for my girlfriend recently and the link on the bracelet to hold both ends together has broke and no where to be seen, fortunately the bracelet itself was not lossed, I will be going to the store in a couple days to try get a repair I will do a update here on how it goes. Very disappointed for how much money it cost.
I visited Brighton today and whilst walking down the laines near your shop, I noticed that someone had stolen rings from one of the stands and they were dropping them. I took the time to pick the rings up and walk back on myself to return the stock I had found and make the owner aware of the stolen rings and found it to be your stall they were taken from. I politely said to the lady, who was busy chatting away and failed to notice the missing ring tray, someone’s stolen your rings, here are the ones that I managed to save, she snatched these from my hands and started to shout at a colleague in the store stating “she can’t keep an eye on everything” and proceeded to continue chatting away. To my surprise I did not receive a thank you just an abrupt snatching of the rings I took the time to return to you. Not only did this put a dampener on my day due to the sheer rudeness of your worker but it has also put me off purchasing from yourselves in future. I understand it’s frustrating that stock was stolen but if someone takes the time to return it, minimising your loss a little, I would have expected to be treated with a little respect and receive a thank you.
Had a fantastic experience with Brighton Silver at the weekend. I have been searching for a specific kind of silver bracelet for a long time and after looking at Brighton's extensive silver collection I found a chain in the window which was in necklace form would have made the perfect bracelet for the size and thickness I was looking for. They measured it out and offered to turn the necklace into the bracelet that I desired and within half an hour my bracelet was ready! The lady that helped me was very helpful and patient with my long list of questions and allowed me to try on many different bracelets until I had the correct one. Overall I thought the experience was great from start to finish and I would highly recommend them all. Also to add their silver is of a great quality and very fair on price.

I’ve been wanting to update my staple silver rings for a little while so I was excited to stumble across Brighton Silver on a recent trip to Brighton. A huge amount of variety to choose from and the lady on the stall (there was a market type stall set up outside of the main shop) was lovely and helpful. She helped me choose the right size. The rings were reasonably priced so I bought two! Both rings are gorgeous but I do have concerns about the longevity of the adjustable one, because just a few days after wearing I started noticing some of the circular rings in the stack were out of place. I’ve had to re-adjust and squeeze back into place a couple of times already. If it’s like that after less than a week, I’m not sure I see it lasting as long as my previous staple rings. Hopefully I will manage to get a good wear out of it before if snaps out of shape completely.

Ordered small swirl stone ring - moonstone, Friday and received Monday. I am in love with the ring already, beautiful quality and very reasonably priced too. Also very pleased with quick delivery.
