Reports returned in good order in timely manner. As the only Jewellers in the county providing such service I was restricted but happy with the choice in view of this outcome.

   I reached out thinking I needed my watch and my wife's watch servicing when, after correspondence with David, it turns out they weren't in need of servicing. They could have easily just serviced them anyway and charged me for it, but didn't. I think that demonstrates trust and integrity. If and when I do need anything related to watches or my wife's jewellery, I will reach out again.

   WE Clark repaired my Breitling sports watch recently. Their master watch maker did a first class job, as my watch now keeps better time than it has ever done. Best of all the cost was about half what I’d been quoted by the posh jewellers in Tunbridge Wells who were going to send it back to the manufacturer.
