Nestled away in an incredible maze of jewellers, here we have a definite gem. I dealt with Emrah, who couldn't have been more attentive in his service. I sold a few gold items to him, one of which he personally double checked was accurate in its assessment of material at another location, while simultaneously repairing and polishing a claddagh ring of mine while awaiting the result. Clearly loves the craft. Offered genuine advice for some silver rings and bracelets too, which I appreciate very much.
Emrah at Kingsmith is our absolute go to! We've been in multiple times to have an engagement ring resized, claws tightened, rings cleaned and our wedding bands platinum plated. It's always an amazing service and so reasonable for the quality and speed of the work. We won't be going anywhere else in the lanes now!
Kingsmith Jewellery in The Lanes, Brighton provides a truly professional service. Looking for a gold Wedding Band I visited several jewelers in The Lanes (there are many!) to discover what was closest to what I wanted. Each quoted similar-ish prices, but some were very pushy to buy what they had in stock. The professionalism and trust provided by Emrah in Kingsmith’s won our business. I ended up also buying a diamond full Eternity Ring 1.05ct for my wife, and Emrah even cleaned her engagement ring and two other rings in the onsite workshop (the platinum is gleaming again!) totally free of charge. I understand Kingsmith is the only unit able to provide this kind of service. The Wedding Band was delivered by registered mail yesterday (I don’t live near Brighton), including the certificate and guarantee. I know for sure we’ll be visiting Kingsmith Jewellery next time we’re in The Lanes, if only to pop in just to say Hi.
Excellent customer service of professional level. Kingsmith Jewellery ALWAYS work with most of my bespoke orders as specialists and I ALWAYS get perfection. I will not go anywhere else (photo of the beautiful full eternity ring and matching ring to complete the set for me). I can't recommend Emre and his business partner enough!! My husband and I went in with a very tight schedule leading up to our wedding abroad. Unfortunately the original jeweller we used did not have a matching wedding band and I had lost hope with the possibility of getting a custom wedding band done before our departure. I went in expecting to just get some kind of chevron, but Emre took one look at the selection I made and offered to customize it to make a perfect fit within 5 DAYS. He sent me a digital rendering the day after I met him and worked with me until I was comfortable enough to give confirmation. His price was fair and I couldn't be happier with the result.
