   My fiance and I had my wedding band made at Midas Touch Jewellery after speaking to many jewellers as we wanted something quite u pique and particular. The end result was absolutely amazing. It was exactly as we had described, even better than what we had hoped for, and at a much more reasonable price than some of the quotes we received. Throughout the process we felt that all of our options were clearly explained to us, and a lot of aspects to the ring were talked through that we didn’t even think of. Well worth it and we will be back for any other jewellery needs we have in the future. Thank you!

   Steve at Midas Touch designed me a gorgeous ring & earrings using my late mother’s Tanzanite stones and I am in love! The whole experience was lovely. He took the time to talk me through options and listened to me. He makes all the pieces in the shop so could look through and try on different things. On time and really communicative. If you have old jewellery that you want to make new - I’d recommend Steve.

   Could not be happier with my engagement ring! Midas Touch has stunning jewellery, extra special, as they're designed and made in store by Simon. He has a lovely disposition and clearly a brilliant eye for shape, shine and fluidity. A very experienced and creative jeweler. I wasn't sure what my perfect ring was, but when I looked in Midas touch window I just knew, this is it!! My fiancé was pleased with the price and the super smile on my face. Simon even took pictures of our re-proposal in the shop, a special moment. The sparkle and beauty of the diamond is stunning and best of all lab grown!    Didn't rate the workmanship or the advise given. Wife's wedding band was created here, as she had her engagement ring on at the time, the owner offered to replate and polish it will the other ring was being set. We agreed as wanted them both to look in top condition for the wedding day. On returning and collecting her engagement ring, it's like it hadn't been replated at all. Also it had been polished and to a poor standard. The compound used was too aggressive and had removed plating to show the duller grey tone of the ring underneath or had been burned from over polishing. So we went back in to say this and the owner said he couldn't see the issue, which was clearly a complete lie. You could see it clearly with the naked eye, let alone a trained jeweler, who works at extreme magnification on a regular basis and had his magnifier headset on. Then he stated that he couldn't polish it more due to the setting of the stones, which was also rubbish as there was no issues with the quality of the setting and he was initially the one that asked us if we wanted it polished in the first place. We also asked for a valuation for the wedding band which was created, as we wanted it for insurance purposes and this was also never sent to us. Would not recommend.

   Amazing, personal service from Steve, he takes his time to talk about what you're looking for and what will actually work for you, instead of what will make him the most money. Gave us a brilliant deal on 2 wedding bands, plus took the stone out of another ring and made a replicate band to replace it. Friendly, professional and trustworthy service, couldn't recommend higher.
