   A wonderful experience with the team at Curiouser Collective. I took in a piece of jewellery to see if I could find a chain suitable to wear it on, and ended up with a uniquely made bracelet that’s exactly what I was after. The attention to detail, customer interaction and genuine dedication of the team was there from the start to end, and a new bracelet turned around in under a week. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone after a unique piece of jewellery for their collection.

   Bad experience on two separate occasions. I have been here twice now and seen no improvement customer service wise. A year ago I visited and got screamed at and ushered out of the shop for not wearing a mask. I have POTS syndrome & am exempt and wasn't even given a chance to show my exemption card, instead met with very abelist attitude from the staff here. I decided to give it another go as we are all human and make mistakes but this time I was stared at intently whilst I was looking and felt very judged by the staff behind the counter. Very odd atmosphere to this shop almost like staff don't want you there and very off putting.

   We love this place. It has the best selection of silver jewellery in the south east. If you're looking for something different with a rock n roll vibe then you won't be disappointed. It's a family run business and they are all very friendly and helpful. We have bought several pieces from here and will definitely be back.

   I have been going to Curiouser & Curiouser for the last couple of years on and off. The ladies of curiouser have always been lovely, and very helpful in making choices, and finding the right ring to suit my other rings which I have purchased from them too. They offer great one to one service, making sure you are 100% happy, and that the ring fits you correctly. I also have had rings that I've liked, but have been a little too small, and they measured the size I need, and hammered it out polished it with no extra charge. It's the only shop in Brighton for rings that I can walk away knowing I will have found a beautifully crafted ring that fits properly. The owner Ingrid with red hair I think said if there is a ring you like, but don't have all the money to pay in full at the time that I could put a deposit down, and pay in installments which is a great thing about the shop as I fell in love with a ring that I hadn't seen and haven't seen one like it before, which I was able to pay off and eventually own. All in all I love this place, and the ladies in the shop. Have recommended the shop to my friends and family, and I'd recommend for anyone looking to buy jewellery in Brighton.
