   Had such an all round amazing experience!! I came in to buy a watch as an engagement gift and as someone who does not know too much about watches, the staff went above and beyond to help me understand my options. A BIG special thank you to Ollie who answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. They also invited us to come back to celebrate and adjust the bracelet after I gift it, which I thought was very genuine and thoughtful :)))

   Stopped by today and the staff here provide the highest level of after care customer service. Friendly, helpful, offered me a drink and helped with a small adjustment on a watch strap. Had more purchase history with Mappin & Web but these guys are all part of the same group. Would recommend.

   Thank you Chris and Paulo for the 10 star customer service and treatment. I knew what I wanted before walking in and unfortunately, it wasn’t in the display case. As soon as I mentioned it, Paulo told me he had one in the safe that hadn’t been taken out in quite a while. From beginning to end the service was impeccable. We went just browsing for watches and I ended up with the EXACT model I wanted and my wife ended up with a bonus diamond wedding band to celebrate our trip. They didn’t rush us, they listened to everything we had to say and gave us advice and tips the entirety of our time in there. They never made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them. I truly can say this was the best treatment we have ever received. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember.

   Visited here last week as I needed a strap adjusted for a watch I had purchased online. My email query was replied to straight away, and was advised it was fine to come into the shop. I visited the following morning and was greeted straight away in a very friendly way. Explained what my issue was, and an assistant helped straight away. Strap was sorted in a few minutes, and I was even shown a few tips to keep the watch working perfectly. I was so impressed by the all round friendly service I received here. If I ever decide to purchase another watch I would no hesitation to visit shop rather than use online.
