   I recently got engaged and my fiancé bought the ring from Paul Goble. It’s sentimental because his sister’s engagement ring came from Paul Gable. The jeweller was really kind to have my ring re-sized and add bubbles to stop it twisting. All the rings and jewelleries are vintage and pre-loved. There’s a story behind them all and I always visit Paul Goble whenever I visit Brighton. Thank you !

   I didn't really know what I was looking for last week but I have an addiction to always purchase from this shop when in Brighton as a tradition. I was very pleased with an antique fish pendant I bought most unusual. The lady was very patient with an indecisive customer and it was late in the afternoon. I was also on a limited budget and I still found a stunning piece for my price range. My daughter bought some nice earrings at a very reasonable price too. It's probably best to know what you want as I held up the more customers waiting to get in. This shop is popular and I can see why. I just wish I could stay and look at everything in more detail being a collector. All the jewellers in the lanes are a bit awkward to go into but Paul goble is the only one that makes you feel welcome. I wish I had more money as I would have bought more. Again do not hesitate to buy here. I look forward to my next trip to Brighton and Paul Goble's

   Very lovely experience! Went in after spotting a beautiful ring in the window and was promptly greeted by a shop worker. Had a very nice conversation and some help picking out the right piece for me. Left with a wonderful souvenir and new treasure! A smooth transaction. Great items for very fair prices!

   I purchased a locket from here in July earlier in the year for £270, and have been informed it is isn’t worth more then £40.00 in a jewellers, as it’s classed as costume jewellery. At the time of purchase, I wasn’t informed any of this information, or that it wasn’t gold or stamped with hallmarks, it is just a coated brass locket. The only reason for attempting to sell, as it doesn’t match my current vintage 14CT chain. This was a birthday present, and I feel absolutely humiliated and taken advantage of, and now severely out of pocket, could just cry, as it feels like we have been scammed. That is almost a weeks wage. I wouldn’t recommend and advise others to not make the same mistake I did. The lady didn’t offer a receipt, printed or handwritten, simply just took the cash. I have attached a photo of the locket in question.

   This is my favorite jewelry shop in the lanes. More affordable than most. The quality is excellent for the price. Friendly service. Highly recommend. I bought a silver locket and really pleased with it. I always visit this shop when in Brighton. Don't hesitate to buy here.

   I was lucky enough to visit this lovely shop & even though I couldn’t go in with my power chair the 2 lovely ladies running it were happy to bring me what ever I would like to view. After looking & listening to what they had to tell me I went away to consider my options & when I returned just before they closed their shop they welcomed me like an old friend it was really lovely. They wanted to make sure I was completely happy before I completed my purchase. I am so pleased I met them both & am over the moon with my antique chain.

   Fantastic service. | was looking for something really special as a gift form my family after have a birthday and Christmas during lockdown. I got the most beautiful bracelet, one of a kind. The service was fantastic - Hilary is fabulous. She put me at ease and was extremely knowledgeable. Within a couple of days I received the valuation report for insurance purposes.
