I can’t thank everyone at number 10 enough for helping me get the perfect engagement ring for my partner. Everyone I had contact with from the jewellers was so lovely, super helpful and it felt so genuine which made it such a great experience.
We visited here today to find our wedding bands along with a few other places down the Brighton lanes. I urge you to try number ten if you are in the area and feeling unsure. Erin, who was working, was knowledgable, friendly and really made us feel at ease. It was our first time looking at bands and it was as though we were with a friend. We went to a few places after this and none compared to the service we'd received here. We will be back for sure. Thank you!
The staff at Number Ten are brilliant! They helped me and my girlfriend (now fiancé!) pick out our perfect ring. From helping us through different mounts, cuts and diamonds. They then brought in a selection diamonds for us to choose from so we got the perfect one all while keeping key elements secret at my request. Even after selecting the ring they were brilliant, from tips to help me get it through the airport to resizing and cleaning after the proposal. I would highly recommend Sarah, Paige and the team for picking out some special jewellery!
We had the best experience at Number Ten this weekend picking out our wedding rings. From start to finish, it was brilliant. We easily booked an appointment on their website and Paige took great care of us on arrival and through the appointment. She was so friendly & knowledgable, sharing all the detail about the rings, answering any and all questions, really supportive and had brilliant advice. We were also helped by Alex who was great, just a really lovely, friendly experience. A small, local store, run entirely by women who really know their stuff and are genuinely really nice people. It made the experience so special for us, thank you so much!
Bought our engagement ring here today, having spent 6 hrs yesterday trying to choose between around 7-8 that we found in various shops in the lanes. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and non pushy staff really helped make the experience less stressful and more relaxed. Alex and Paige went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience and bought the most stunning piece of jewellery. We are very happy.
Chose to visit number 10 today after looking at the array of jewellers to chose from close by. Best decision we made! Didn't feel pressured at all to buy, the staff were happy to show us anything and gave us all their attention and time. We bought our wedding rings there and then, great service which all to often doesn't exist these days.
My now husband got my beautiful engagement ring from Number 10 and had such great service from Sarah and Hannah who was his hand model when picking my ring. We got my engagement ring made smaller, then had a slight issue with a loose diamond (I was informed prior that this may happen) and I just took it to store and it was fixed straight away! The service was so good we went back again to get our wedding rings. There was a really good choice of rings which made the decision quite difficult, but Sarah was really helpful with giving advice and het opinion. I got married with my Nans ring which I took in and asked them to have a look to tell me a bit more about the diamonds, metal etc, and they were more than happy to help. They even cleaned the ring and made it into a perfect circle as it was slightly oval as the ring is >60 years old. The service was brilliant and I recommend the shop to everyone for a personal experience.

We bought my engagement ring in 2009. It’s a beautiful ring with 9 separate diamonds. My mum passed and she wanted me to have her engagement ring. We asked number 10 if they would add my mums diamond to it. They were so delighted to do this for us and they did such an exquisite job. I cried when I saw my ring, it’s so stunning.
