   I’ve always found the clinical care at this practice to be good, but my recent experience with the management has been extremely disappointing. I missed an appointment due to a genuine family emergency, and contacting the dentist at that moment simply wasn’t possible. When I called the practice two days later to explain the situation in full, I was told—without any prior warning—that I had been removed from their system. I then spent nearly a month trying to get clarification from the practice owner. I emailed, called, and clearly explained the circumstances in detail multiple times, yet I was completely ignored. Only after weeks of chasing did I finally receive a response. In my view, this shows a concerning lack of understanding, compassion, and professionalism. Good treatment standards mean very little when the management’s approach to patient care is so unforgiving and dismissive. Based on this experience, I personally would not recommend Rudheath Dental Practice. I think potential patients should be aware of how the practice handles situations like this before deciding to register.

   I found myself this week without a Dentist and in quite a lot of trouble - I was really lucky and decided to contact Rudheath Dental. The genuine care that I received was quite extraordinary from the Reception to the Dentists - seen same day and interviewed carefully for my ailment. The follow up is equally impressive showing that same level of care and commitment to the patient. If you do get them as your Dentist then you have struck gold! I cannot recommend them enough. They really understand what it is to be a patient and how you are feeling. This is how it should be done.

   Today I took my mother for an appointment with Tom a dentist at this practise. My mother has Parkinson’s and dementia with additional medical needs and Tom and Kate his assistant really went the extra mile to make my mothers experience an extremely positive one. My mother was extremely nervous and from the kind from of house reception staff assisting us as soon as we walked through the door and along sure we had everything in order before we left to the actual procedure my mother had I can honestly say I can not recommend this practise highly enough. People who have relatives with specific needs or have any themselves should know that this dental practise of fully accessible welcoming and friendly and the service is absolutely superb. Thank you so much to everyone there for making sure my mother had the experiences I had hoped for and I got much more. Please know this really meant a lot to me and I will be singing the praises of the staff here for some time to come.

   I’ve visited this dentist for the 1st time on 22/02/23 and what a great place from the moment you walk in the receptionist is a breath of fresh air always smiling and making a massive effort to talk to patients and Liam the dentist was great made to feel a ease from the moment you walk in.

   Tom the dentist got me in as an emergency, problem solved there and then. Couldn't fault the whole device from initial phone call with Terrie to the extraction and afterwards, I wasn't registered with a dentist but he made sure to get me in and sorted. Thanks for a great service

   Myself, my daughter and my grandchildren have been with the practice for a number of years now and I have always received excellent treatment. Since Tom arrived I have had a new denture and I can honestly say it’s the best one I have ever worn. Tom goes the extra mile every time to ensure I am happy with the treatment and I would definitely recommend him as a first class dentist.    A week before we were due to go on holiday my wife's crown fell out. We contacted Rudheath Dental Practice hoping something could be done but not expecting, because of the time, anything to be sorted. We explained our situation and within three days my wife's tooth root was removed, a dental cast was taken, and a new set of teeth were supplied. The dentist, Tom, worked his lunch break to fit her treatment in. Him and all the staff were amazing. Thank you everyone at Rudheath Dental Practice.
