From my initial enquiry with Louise, where she was warm, friendly and reassuring, to my first appointment with Nikhil, and his amazing dental nurse, to discuss my options. I was always put at ease, and always given the time to ask any questions I may have. Even if I didn’t ask them at the time, it was nice to know I could send a quick WhatsApp and receive a response almost immediately. Even if just for a little reassurance (especially in the early days). It’s been 5 days since I had my crown fitted, and I couldn’t be happier, it feels so natural and has been completely pain free!     I cannot recommend Brunner Court more highly, especially if you don't enjoy going to the dentist. I am a very nervous patient and I went with an infection which resulted in me having to have my tooth removed. The dentist knew I was anxious about it and talked me through the whole procedure beforehand so that when I arrived at my extraction appointment I felt much more at ease than I normally would. He gave me opportunities to ask questions or stop if I needed a break throughout, however it was nothing to be worried about and I felt in safe hands. I have to say I had no discomfort throughout the extraction and have more work planned which I am no longer so worried about. From walking through the door you feel like the team are there to help and support you and its fair to say I will not spend the usual hours of worry before my next appointments.
