Lovely experience was very nervous however I had a lovely dentist called ana and a dental nurse called Alisha very professional, caring and very good and patient and also very polite couldn't ask for a better dentist / dental nurse .
I just wanted to leave a positive review after my experience taking my kids as new patients to my dentist. The receptionist is lovely friendly and welcoming. We have just seen ana Abbas for teeth extraction and she was brilliant, the extractions were quick, seamless and although my son had a twisted root and more difficult extraction he felt absolutely no pain at all. Ana was great with both my kids, especially my daughter who was really anxious, and her dental assistant too. Thankyou to all the staff at my dentist for a positive experience I know my kids won't be worried about their dental appointments now we have found Anna! Thankyou
“Exceptional Service at My Dentist, Northwich” I’ve always been nervous about visiting the dentist, but since joining My Dentist on London Road, Northwich, and seeing Ana Abbas, I no longer feel that way. She is caring, professional, and truly dedicated – an outstanding dentist. I recently needed a tooth extraction and was very anxious, but Ana put me at ease immediately with her calm and reassuring manner. The whole process was handled with professionalism and kindness. The reception team are also always polite, friendly, and welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – highly recommended!
If you are looking for an NHS dentist, I can highly recommend mydentist on London Road. I have only been with them for a short period of time but after having three fillings in one appointment, which I must say, did make me feel a little anxious before hand but I needn't have worried at all. Ana was my dentist and Sharon the dental nurse that day and I can't speak highly enough of them. Absolutely brilliant! I actually enjoyed my visit, which I don't imagine my people can say after a trip to the dentist.
I had to have 2 root canals done and everyone is super helpful and welcoming. The team on reception are super friendly and take their time explaining things. I had my root canal done with Stefan who was very patient and explained what was happening and put my mind at ease. He rang to check up on my tooth and had some calming music on which helped
I first went to London road dentist on the 19th October 2022 and was seen by Stefan. Since then ive had a couple of visits to carry out root canal treatment after having an emergency appointment somewhere else, Stefan informed me of what was going on all the way through my treatment and made sure I was okay. The treatment took 90 minutes and was pain free I’ve not had any issues since. Stefan also called me personally a week after the root canal had been done to make sure everything was okay with the tooth and that I had no issues since my visit. I thought this was a very thoughtful thing to do as I’ve never had this from any of my old dentists they usually used to wait for my next appointment. Today ive been back to Stefan for a temporary crown, again throughout my appointment I was checked on to make sure I was okay and even with the temporary crown you wouldn’t be able to tell which one it is, it blends in so well. I will be returning for a permanent crown to be fitted and I highly recommend Stefan for any treatment. Especially if you’re worried about having a root canal done, with Stefan there is nothing to worry about as I’ve found each step to be comfortable and at ease. Yasmine
I was referred to Stefan for root canal treatment, my dentist reassured me that he had nothing but great feedback from patients he has sent to Stefan. It was completely pain free compared to the previous root canal treatment I experienced around 12 years ago, he even called me 10 days later to see how my tooth was after the treatment which I was delighted with.

I was very pleased with my root canal treatment. Stefan took time to explain the procedure and was honest about possible difficulties although it worked out fine. Interesting chat too about politics and the war in Ukraine (when I was able to speak!) and a personal interest in aftercare.
