Hygienist was very friendly and did a great scale and polish and recommended new home treatments I can do to help keep my teeth is great condition . Great customer service, parking near by and very clean and nice inside. Only negatives is long waiting time for appointments and £90 for a scale and polish is quite expensive for a 20 minute long treatment but I suppose that is what you have to pay as there are no NHS dentists available.

From start to finish a really nice experience. The friendly and knowledgable receptionists put you at ease and this is continued in the treatment room. I would really recommend this dentists for a thoroughly professional job.

I recently had a dental implant at Dr Young's surgery as i was referred to him by my own dentist who didn't offer the service. From the initial consult to final fitting, the process took around 5 months in total and I'm delighted with the end result. No more closing my mouth for photographs. The staff at the practice are courteous, friendly and professional. A real pleasure to deal with. Dr Young was very thorough in his explanation of the process involved and I felt in very competent hands. I'm so impressed with the work that Dr Young has done, I am moving from my dentist of 12 years to register as a patient at Dentist@29.

I engaged Dr Young to fit an upper front tooth implant to replace a failed crown, The cracked tooth stump was allowing infection to get to the base of the tooth, and this was causing bone loss. Dr Young was fastidious in his treatment which included treating the infection and relacing lost bone material. At all stages Dr Young explained what he was doing and why, and also my obligations to follow hygiene instructions. As others have reported the treatment plan was longer than you might expect, but this was driven by the need to allow necessary healing time before the next stage could be started. None of my appointments lasted longer than an hour. I am delighted with the result, both physically and cosmetically. After many years of avoiding biting on my crown, I can now bite with full confidence!

I’ve got my smile back! After years of ill-fitting crowns and patchwork fixes, I needed to have an implant for my front tooth. Was recommended to the team @29 by my dentist. From the off I was impressed by the team and instantly assured that I was in good hands. The team was friendly, welcoming and professional. Peter carefully explained all the likely treatment pathways (my treatment was complicated by an abscess which required a further treatment) and provided thorough explanations of why we need to undergo each part of the treatment. Always erring on the side of doing what is right and not what is expedient. The whole process took 18 months (in part due to COVID delays), but crucially, the team stuck to key timelines and my expectations were managed at all times. For my treatment, I had three surgeries administered by Peter and the team. They were each handled well, treating me safely and considerately throughout. These are inevitably not pleasant experiences, but everything was explained and I was regularly checked to see if I was ok. The aftercare was superb - I was given thorough advice in respect of after-surgery care from Peter (and followed with helpful and handy print-out notes) which seemed to work really well as healing occurred without any issues. Peter doesn’t hold back on the consequences of poor after-surgery practices - he explains why things need to be done and urges you to do them for you own benefit. Whilst it can be a bit of a slog, I had complete trust in Peter’s advice. The team was also on hand for any post-surgery concerns. I had to wear a denture for 12 months which was difficult and took some getting used to, but when the implant was finally fitted, I could not have been more happy. The fit is great, the colour is really well matched and it feels like I’ve got my smile back after 20 years. Whilst the treatment is not low cost, it is certainly value for money. Peter is so knowledgeable, a very skilled surgeon and provides great advice, whilst also being a nice person! He is clearly passionate about teeth and you can see that he gets real joy from doing a job well. The team is also very warm and inviting, yet professional and experienced - nothing is rushed, but appointment times are kept and you are always well informed in advance of any issues. You always get the feeling that they know what they are doing and it is delivered in an efficient manner. I could not be happier to have finally taken the plunge to get an implant and have my treatment at Dentist@29. I would highly recommend if you are considering an implant. Which leaves me to say a huge thank you to Peter and the team - I can now smile (and eat) with confidence!

I received outstanding service at Dr Young's practice. I had a front incisor implant created and the process was extremely well managed. I was given detailed information throughout the, inevitably, long process (a long process is normal as it involves major surgery), and always kept really well informed about the reasons behind instructions and what was going to happen at each visit. All staff are friendly, welcoming and supportive, and the care provided was second to none. I'm so glad Dentist@29 was recommended to me for my implant surgery and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering dental implant surgery. A BIG 'thank you' to everyone at the practice!

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the treatment I received from Peter Young and his team. Not only has he replaced two teeth for me with really nice implants, but he also went out of his way to give me excellent advice about the way I look after my teeth in the future. He communicated extremely well through every stage of the work, and I was very encouraged by the way that he wanted to do the work in the right way, even if it took a little longer, rather than cut any corners that might create problems in the future. An excellent job - thank you.
