    Can't deposit money here most of the time because there's only one member of staff who knows how to do it. I've had this issue with them for 2 years now, so it's obvious the rest of the staff just can't be bothered to take 5 minutes to learn how to do it and instead just sigh and shrug their shoulders when you ask them! Never had this issue in any other shop, it's disgraceful and they're clearly all in need of training.
