Came in yesterday late afternoon to do our Christmas food shop. Disappointed at the availabilty of ready to eat fresh fish, no smoked salmon etc. Also, whilst walking by the turkey collection point we heard two young female staff discussing another colleague who had just lost an acrylic nail in the produce and couldn't find it. Instead of serving the gentlemen waiting they carried on having a good laugh about the lost nail. At this point we decided to leave our trolley and shop elsewhere.

This is a great store on the outskirts of Bedford. Calm shopping experience with wide aisles and a roomy self check out area. Lovely produce and plenty of parking.

Went to the shop today to buy flowers for my mum. I felt unwell and a member of staff took me to the cafe. She offered me a drink and to stay with me. Thank you for your help, you were wonderful x

Waitrose Bedford is always a nice place to shop! It usually has everything I need, and I especially love the free coffee you get when you bring your own reusable cup. The only small downside is that the “W” on the Waitrose sign is out, so it’s best to go during the day — but otherwise, it’s a great store!

Really helpful, was only going to get a couple of things, ended up with bit more. Chap said do you have any bags, I said yeah but they're in the car. Oh that's no problem he said, I'll watch your shopping for you while you get them. Just great, great service. Better for you foods too.

It's a Waitrose, usual selection of good quality products plus some stuff you won't find in the other large supermarkets.

Absolutely disgusting what security was shouting in front of customers. They caught a shop lifter. And at the top of their voice they shouted You're mum must be so proud of you. Very unpleasant and will be avoiding Waitrose

Good store but way too expensive for a little lunch meal. Same Prawn sandwich from the normal shelf was £3.40 but at the restaurant counter it was £4.50 or £4.90...i found that odd but I was hungry so I guess I had to get it. Service was nice, staff were friendly so good on that front, ample parking and you get 2 hours free.

Not the waitrose quality I expect. Discount product prices are very insulting. I come to waitrose for quality food, not to get slightly cheaper product(still not cheap) that expires on the day. Other supermarket including MS discount heavily on food expires on the day. For people who likes discounted food, the price is not worth the trouble, for people who wants longer lasting food, many time there isn’t a choice for you to specially if you go on Friday or Saturday. I expected more from waitrose
