   I approached the Diamond Setter as i was looking for a pendant with personalised wording. I spoke with Meghan who was extremely helpful. She advised me on the best sizes to fit the wording as well as the best materials and styles. She then took me through different fonts and sent me mock ups in a quick time frame. The final product is exactly when I envisioned. Would highly recommend Meghan.

   Aside from the fact that the visual experience of being present in the shop is nothing short of pure elegance, the service is just another level. Professional, efficient with an invaluable wealth of knowledge. Having experienced ‘bumps’ in the road trying to get private insurance for specific jewellery items and negotiating agreed values with insurers, I came to the diamond setter for help. Within 3 days I had an extremely comprehensive valuation report which I submitted, and was accepted within 24 hours. Having ventured through jewellery shops in a variety of locations, I can comfortably say that the diamond setter remains up there in spot number one as the most fantastic experience of service to date.

   If I could give more than 5 stars I truly would. My fiance and I came in to look at wedding bands having not been that inspired by the off the shelf options elsewhere. My husband to be went from "I am not a jewellry person I probs wont wear a ring" to being absolutely in love with his wedding band, and so excited to wear it. We both ended up with custom designs that truly reflected us as a couple. Lorraine worked with us to explore the different options and get everything just right, including sending over proofs of designs and tweaking as we went. Gavin was great at explaining the technical processes too and overall we just felt totally valued and heard the entire time. We feel very lucky to have had these heirloom pieces created for us and will be coming back in future for future pieces!    Lorraine and Gavin provide an absolutely exceptional service. We brought some family stones to be set into an engagement ring, and Lorraine guided us through the entire process. They were really communicative and took lots of care and time with us. Lorraine selected a really unique third stone for the ring which has made it truly special. We could not be happier with the end result, the ring Lorraine and Gavin created for us is absolutely perfect. We could not recommend them highly enough!

   Lorraine & Gavin were just amazing. My mum passed in December and I inherited a jumble of old jewellery and bits and bobs... things that I would never wear and that were broken, Lorraine sat with me and went through what I had and we discussed creating something that I could wear every day and remember my mum.    A fantastic service from The Diamond Setters! Both my sister and I are beyond delighted with the transformation of our late mother's diamond and platinum engagement and wedding rings into two stunning pendants which will be much treasured. Gavin and Lorraine guided us through the stages of design and conversion with patience, sensitivity and professionalism and we felt complete confidence in them both. Gavin is an extremely talented jeweller and he and Lorraine are an amazing team who could not have been more friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them should anyone need help or advice in either designing a new piece of jewellery or redesigning their own precious piece of jewellery.    The diamond setter have been outstanding. From squeezing us in with only a few weeks to spare before our wedding, and listening to what we want in order to create our wedding rings I can not fault a single second. Lorraine kept us up to date with what was happening with the rings and persevered with the personal engraving when the pics I sent of our handwriting weren’t working. Picking up our rings was so exciting and they were perfect. Their jewellery is lovely and my partner (now husband) treated me to a beautiful pair of sapphire earrings. I would highly recommend using the diamond setter and I’m sure we will be using them again in the near future. Huge thanks to Lorraine and Gavin for making our rings with so little notice and Being a part of our elopement.

   Would highly recommend Lorraine and Gavin. My rings needed resizing and they took great care in making sure it was all perfect! They looked at my hands and sized up the rings beautifully. I'm now able to wear them again, they are comfortable and the cut is barely visible. Highly completive pricing too. All in all a very happy customer.

   What a find Gavin and Lorraine are. My husband had been looking for an unusual signet ring for some time, so when we found one at a boot market we were so happy, but it needed some work. I met Gavin and Lorraine through my network and we went to see them with the ring to see what they could do. We discussed what we would like, they told us what was possible and the result is better than we could ever have imagined. The service from start to finish was outstanding and Gavin's attention to detail and eye for design is like I have never seen before. When we picked the ring up my husband was speechless (a rare event) and he now has a ring that he can wear and it also has meaning.    I had a half eternity ring that was 14 years old, a beautiful ring but chunky and in need of a little updating. I went to see Gavin and I drew what I would like in a ring. He designed and reset my diamonds as a flower on a dress ring. Wow! It’s beautiful I can’t stop admiring it! Gavin has also remodelled a few other pieces for me and I’m thrilled to be able to wear them again! Thank you both so much! I’m sure I’ll see you again very soon x
