    I don’t appreciate being stared straight at as if to stay “I’m watching you”. I’d picked up the pearl strings to look at them individually, to look at the quality and count them. Whilst talking ti her right next to me. She said “do you want to put them in the tray” I’d already put all the items I was buying in one, which she didn’t see as she was too busy watching me. I only purchase the £40 of goods as I really needed them. I won’t be returning as I’ve not been impressed before and friends have mentioned the Luke warm way, many times before. Most of it is low quality. Like the customer service

    I ordered a beautiful custom charm necklace via their online store. I was met with amazing customer service with pictures of my charms arranged by the chain for pre-approval before finalising the necklace. Once everything had been confirmed, I received the necklace in the post 2 days later, so quick!! I adore the necklace and always get compliments on how stunning it is. After having it for a few weeks and wearing it most days, none of the charms have tarnished or lost their shine. It's still as beautiful as the day I got it! Thank you Mel :) xx

    I went into Kerrie Berrie a few weeks ago and picked out some lovely charms for my bracelet to be made and sent to me through the post(we don’t live locally and needed to head off after visiting the shop). The girls working were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. I emailed Kerrie Berrie after a slight issue on my part with my bracelet, Kerrie dealt with the matter so quickly, she was unbelievably helpful and understanding. I will definitely be visiting the shop again next time I visit Brighton.

    a few of my friends and i went here and bought some charm bracelets. mine had 2 apples and 4 pearls. after wearing them a couple times most of the charms have fallen off. awful quality, currently left with 1 pearl and 1 apple…

    Please note these are low quality beads and the colour will wear off in less than a month. Have just received 9 replacement beads for those used by my daughter to make a bracelet for her mum. I wouldn't waste your time and money and would advise to buy elsewhere.

    Great little shop in Brighton lanes. Excellent selection of beads and pretty jewellery! Good service and friendly staff. The online service is quite different though, mostly unreliable and disorganised.
