Found Little Miss Sew N Sew while looking for a subscription service. Signing up is easy. Beautiful patterns and fabric. I have now purchase most of the trial boxes too. All so pretty. Customer service amazing and so friendly. Would recommend this company every time
I was was on the fence really with a review. Ordered material on line, update and communication on order was good. Items arrived and were good quality although one of the items was the wrong material sent. I sent photos and email within minutes of the delivery arrival but didnt get a reply. I appreciate we are in different times but I would have expected a response in a reasonable timescale. I was also asked for a review which I decided not to do as I wanted to give chance to respond so I sent a further email asking for response, no response however the replacement material was sent arriving today. Quality is good and service has been good communication has been a bit delayed. I would use again giving benefit of doubt.
I ordered some beautiful fabric from this store, the quality was excellent and the price was really reasonable. They have an excellent selection on their site and my items arrived quickly and well packaged. I'll definitely be looking to buy from them again in future. Highly recommended. Thank you :)
Great atmosphere, very helpful. Wide choice of fabrics and patterns to help the beginner, intermediate and advanced sewer, with new stock arriving every day. Nikola is very helpful and will recommend to you, where to go if she is unable to help a customer. E.G. if you need a repair, or something that she doesn't stock.
Not very helpful. I arrived at little Miss Sew n Sew 26/09/2019 at 1010hrs in the morning. My shirt needed a small addition (a badge sewing on). The door was unlocked by a young lady for me to enter the shop therefore, the first customer. I was told by the lady that she was too busy albeit with a kettle in her hand and no customers in the shop. I was willing to pay a lot more to cover any inconvenience. I then was dismissed by an alternative answer that she didn't do that type of work. I understand the shop doesn't undertake all types of work, however, in my opinion this was bad community spirit and was possible to achieve.
