   I had my first filling done today with Peter. I am not very good with needles & did feel super apprehensive & scared going in. From the minute Peter knew i was nervous he was so accommodating and reassuring. It was over super fast, in 25 minutes or so, and I hardly felt the needle which was the worst bit, but nowhere near as painful and uncomfortable as I thought it would be. The rest was pain free. He talked me through the use of all the equipment, letting me feel them on my hand & explaining how they would feel on my tooth. Everytime he would do something he would explain exactly & count down until you got a rest. Overall a very good experience and definitely feel less apprehensive about fillings & other treatments had with him.

   Dr Peter Fleming did an excellent job on filling and repairing both of my front teeth this afternoon. I am amazed at the results. The whole job was completed quickly and comfortably in half an hour. Excellent service, and a separate small filling was done at the same time. Many thanks.

   Like many I was apprehensive about the change in dentist, but shouldn’t have been. Peter was wonderful describing exactly what his findings were, how he intended to treat these and now after a couple of visits my future care. Probably the best dentist treatment I have ever received. Thank you.

   First visit- great job. Treatments done with much care giving interval breaks to check I was ok. Very reassuring.Dr Fleming was thorough, gave sound advice and delivered the treatment with professionalism and expertise. A good team work alongside Dr Fleming. Practice was clean and has good equipment. Happy to recommend. For a visit to the dentist it was a pleasurable experience! Will definitely keep as my permanent dentist. Thank you to Dr Fleming and his team.

   I highly recommend Peter Fleming who has taken over at Baran & Hull. He is very knowledgeable, caring and understanding. I am truly grateful for the help and support he has given to me considering the way my teeth are. I now feel I am being looked after and treated properly (I never realised my teeth were in such a bad way until Pete came along). All the staff are so friendly and understanding, I certainly wouldn’t consider going to anyone else now. Thank you Kathryn Buckley-Ellis

The information provided pre-appointment was clear, easy to follow and most importantly, thorough.    Hi, if you are looking for a dentist stop here. When we first moved to Nantwich I was very lucky to be told by word of mouth about Karen and her team. The whole team are very friendly, kind and helpful. It is obvious they work well together with a good team ethos. Staff turnover is nil so you always see the same friendly faces of which I am sure you will agree when you are having treatments it is very reassuring. Karen and her team are very good with children therefore it is a family practice too. The dental treatment you will receive will be of the highest standard.    As always a fantastic visit and very welcoming experience and very safe visit to this Dentist. All of the staff are so professional and accommodating. I must say in these unprecedented times of Covid I wasn't sure what to expect. I received a very detailed email from the practise approx 7 days before my check up appointment outlining the Covid procedures, it was very detailed and covered all questions I may have had, i.e wearing of a mask is essential, turn up to my appointment 10 mins before time and wait outside until someone let me in. On arrival I was made to feel at ease straight away and I felt very safe. My temperature was taken at the door and all staff were wearing PPE. And I was encouraged to sanitise my hands which I duly did. I didn't have to fill any paper work in as this was done online with the email I received before my appointment. My appointment was on-time and as usual I saw Dr Baran. Again he was his usual friendly and professional self. He made me feel very safe and explained the procedure of my check up in these times of Covid. The environment was completely safe and I would encourage anybody to visit this dentist if they need too. After my check up I was looked after by the very pleasant ladies on the reception desk. All staff here are a credit and the practise itself is a pleasure to visit. I have been going here for over 25 years. DEFINITELY recommend to anyone.

   Don’t go here! To start with there is nowhere to park which makes the appointment stressful before you even arrive. At the moment many of the town car parks are also shut due to Covid which the receptionist failed to warn me of beforehand. The dentist is extremely rude and condescending as are his receptionists and their customer service is terrible. They made me feel very unwelcome which is not what you need when already nervous about going! There is zero empathy for the patient & a lot of whispering which coupled with the starkness of the place makes it quite a horrible experience to be in the practise, even more so now with the extra covid paranoia (which they couldn’t have made more of a fuss about if they tried). This is obviously a difficult time to be a dentist but I don’t think it in an excuse for treating your clients with contempt! Also my husband was told he had to have a lot of work doing which he didn’t actually need (as confirmed by another dentist- his teeth are fine 8 years later!). Avoid.

   Absolutely Fantastic Dentists and Staff. I have been going to Baran & Hull Dentistry for 25 years. I’m Always made to feel welcome and a very professional setup. Happy friendly staff and Dentists in a relaxed atmosphere. Once you have been here you will never go anywhere else. Outstanding in every way.
