Always expensive compared to other supermarkets, but does have some excellent products. It also has brand loyalty with many customers.

Love this place. Out of way. Nice people work and shop here. Needs to be bigger offering more things like John Lewis products

Oh dear! What a poor in store experience at 5 pm on a Friday. Store freezing cold Deli counter closed….again The clatter from the foldable crates that staff use to make the most possible noise. Walkie talkie mobile devices staff use to fulfil Uber or Just eat orders scream perpetually! Frankly shopping in person at Waitrose in all Northampton locations is now awful. Great shame as I enjoy the range and the idea that staff are partners. But in reality Lidl is more pleasant

Staff always helpful and cheerful. Bakery is excellent and bread the best supermarkets offer. Sushi always good but selection has become more limited which is a shame. All counter staff great and deli and cheese staff really good.

Pathetic experience. Customer service was vile. The women who was the cashier on 1st april have low graded personality.

For organic produce I tend to favour Sainsbury's these days as they have a lot more variety at better prices than Waitrose has.

World class shopping experience except for they had no lab liver and okra. Vegetables very good quality and availability.

The store was clean and stocked well... There was a lovely staff member on the till, a well spoken older gentleman with a gold bangle. He was helpful packing up, wearing gloves, engaging in friendly conversation and he checked my eggs for breakage. Even said if he found one he would offer a small discount as not to waste the whole box in turn saving the planet.. such a pleasant change to hear that positive thinking.. which made complete sense... Instead of throwing away a whole pack of food.. fruit or veg.. Due to one rotten item.. thank you.. x

Me and a friend walked in to get a coffee and a vape but we didn’t know how to do the coffee or anything. Then this older woman who works there shouted at us at a distance “you can’t have a free coffee” multiple times. We explained to her that we weren’t there for a free coffee we just wanted one and didn’t know how it worked as I’ve never done one here before. She explained in the most rudest way possible and kept saying something about a free coffee that we didn’t even care about. We just wanted to pay for one and get out of there. But we just left it and went to go and get a vape. Which is where a second worker was rude to us. We understand they may have been busy or understaffed so we waited for her and said we were okay waiting. After that I gave her my ID and asked for a disposable vape. She opened up the cupboard and I was looking through the options and out of nowhere she tells me “I don’t know what a disposable vape is but hurry up and pick one!” In disbelief I left. We are only 21 and we consider ourselves to be respectful but to have both of your staff members be disrespectful was surprising! We weren’t rude or anything, we just wanted a coffee and a vape! That’s it!
