I had a bad experience. I was on vacation in the city and needed to get my nails done. I went the day before to schedule an appointment. The lady just told me to go the next day. Their service is very slow, they start doing your nails, stop, and then start doing someone else's. Unfortunately, I didn't have much time to stand still. I waited for almost two hours and gave up. I was very disappointed. I don't recommend it to anyone. If the demand is so high, why don't they schedule appointments or hire more professionals? I painted my feet and left with my hands unfinished. Because unfortunately I didn't have the whole day available to do my nails. And I had to wait a long time.

Not happy with the service at all I paid 40 pound and they are not straight not like the picture I asked for I asked for more glitter and she told me no.they are not level either all different lengths they were more concerned about a little boy who was their rather then focusing on the person she rushed my nails also, I am not happy at all. She was also very rude to my daughter and told her to stop. Will be going somewhere else

Nails are nice but they have price list of £25 for a full set of nails and charging £35. Said its because its a more expensive colour. False advertising needs addressing via trading standards.

I went here to get acrylics for the first time and i am definitely going to go again. I asked for a french tip and they turned out perfect, didn’t take long and fair prices. The staff were very nice and welcoming even giving me a bottle of water while i waited. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because i had to wait 2 hours because they were very busy so if you come here i would recommend calling first and telling them what time your coming in or just being prepared to wait a while, but the chairs were very comfy and the nails were worth it.

I’m so disappointed… I’ve been getting my nails done here ever since I had my first set of acrylics and they have always been perfect. Yesterday I went in and realised they had new staff. One of the new staff members did my nails yesterday and it was the most awful manicure ever. She cut every single one of my nails open, they all were bleeding, she didn’t bother to stop them from bleeding and went ahead with applying the acrylics, she pushed back my cuticles way to far. I was sat there in pain for an hour or so and wanted to scream it hurt so much… I asked for the most basic design and nails but clearly she wasn’t very good. My nails have had an allergic reaction and are now red and swollen and very sore. It has put me off ever wanting to go in there again.
