   Usually receive good customer service whilst here but during my last visit the lady literally flung items through the till and left me to pack as quickly as I could, normally I wouldn't mind as it's easier to chuck into a trolley, but I used a basket this time and she didn't bother slowing down or helping. Then whilst I finished packing, she got her phone out and used it in front of me until I was ready to pay, very unprofessional...

   Not much to say. Products I was looking for was available. Staff was helpful. Not very friendly but polite. Although one or two of the staff reacted as if you were in their way pushing past us with their cages. Not very profesional.

   Love this Aldi, close to where i live. Always stocked up, clean and tidy and has plenty of parking. There is also a girl there called Tiffany (beautiful petite black girl) Honestly she is amazing, very thoughtful, polite and goes out of her way to help, and that means a lot when I suffer from health issues. I cant pack fast at all and when she sees me she makes an effort to slow down and allow me to take my time as i get overwhelmed.Not to mention this Aldi is next door to B&M win win!

   I am a massive Aldi fan and customer, having been a happy shopper for many years now. This store let's the customer down. Popped in today for a few essentials, not a big shop(4 items). Only 2 tills open (Sunday 2.30pm) but till 6 had been advertised as open and 3 customers unloaded and waiting. We joined the queue and someone else behind us. After 3 or 4 minutes with no body arriving and at least 3 visible aldi staff date checking, I shouted out to tills 1 and 2..."till 6 open?". Pleasant chap on till 2 looked over, realised what was going on but couldnt do anything about it not having a headset on. We had a laugh. 2 or 3 minutes later and this was beyond a joke. Another shout, still no-one coming, so we walked out. Sorry we left our 4 items on the conveyor, we really should have restocked your shelves for you. Not good enough.
