   Hi i been in lidl NTH weedon road yesterday and i got a bad costumer service when i went to pay as the cashier drop my item on the floor she ask if i stillwant as i reply no. also did not get any greeting the same as i finish my pay i did not get any thank you make me feel like fustrated as good maners did not exist. I think some staff need to be re trained and re educated not just for me but also for other costumers. regards fleal

   I went to Lidl yesterday and it was the second time at this Lidl when I had the worst customer service.At the till the guy had a very rude attitude (don’t know his name as he wasn’t wearing a name badge. He had an European accent).When it was my turn to pay for the shopping I felt like I was invisible ,he was throwing the shopping at me. Very poor customer service.

   I am hugely disappointed as my daughter, aged 14, came home with two redbull cans. I asked which employee this was, and she said the lady was called Anna. I do not expect employees to serve underage children. Not coming back to this lidl!!!!

   One of the best supermarkets around. Whilst being more expensive than it's other German competitor I think, it has the edge over it. I have been shopping here for over 10 years now and it never fails to disappoint. I love the idea of their middle of Lidl isle, and have bought a whole load of stuff ( mostly on whim!) at reasonable prices.

   A good sized store. Plenty of stock and room to shop. Dates are good on most products too. Gets very busy during peak times. As with many Lidl stores, it is hit and miss with checkouts!

   Has a toilet which is always clean, lovely friendly staff and well stocked. This lidl is the futhest from me in northampton but by far my favourite, the lady with black hair and red lipstick is very attentive and a real credit to the team

   My favourite shop! But lately I have been disappointed in the employees, especially lady with black hair and red lipstick at the cash desk only talks when the client is waiting, chewing gum like a cow hay! very unprofessional attitude

   Store was well stocked and not to busy. Good choice of fresh veg, bread and meats, frozen food and canned goods. Was a small queue at the checkouts but didn't have to wait long. Only had a couple of bits so so not bags requested, but if you have a big shop you need to go to a separate bagging area.

   Opening day today! Well, it's another Lidl, and quite a significant upgrade from the now-closed one on Gambriel Road. The inside is surprisingly big and aisles are well spaced out. The bakery in particular is large with a decent selection of breads. Otherwise, it's the same ol' Lidl products in a similar layout to Gambriel Road. They have a decent selection of the last few weeks' promo stuff - manage to nab some cheap vegan frozen foods and some Spanish goods. ¡Olé! Tills-wise, there are more, but they're not better staffed. A little old lady was holding up our queue as there wasn't a staff member free to check the price of something. #someThingsNeverChange
