   Yesterday was a challenging day on many fronts. However, a very positive note was a visit to Boots in Neath. Went to opticians section and received some invaluable support and advice choosing some new frames for glasses and sunglasses from Sasha one of the dispensers. She was incredibly helpful. Thank you for your help and time taken even though I was not a Boots optician patient and didn’t have my prescription with me. Someone who went above and beyond and made a difference.

   Fairly decent store but very pricey even with an advantage card. Make up is pretty expensive as well. Nice staff especially the pharmacy staff. I wish there were more deals on goods though.

   Staff are lovely. Pharmacy waiting times are too long. Also, medicine counter has to be staffed by pharmacy trained personnel. Would be much better customer service if there were 2 stations at the pharmacy and more pharmacy trained staff to 'man' the medicine counter. There are always queues for these services and yet 'spare' staff on normal shop floor services. Please address these issues. They appear easily resolved. In the meantime there are bottlenecks in your service which is frustrating. Elderly and disabled members of the public are standing and waiting far too long for these essential pharmacy services.

   I visited Boots in Neath on 12 January to pick up some medication , unfortunately l became unwell and fainted 3 times whilst there, the staff who helped me were amazing and looked after me , l can't thank them enough for looking after me until my husband and daughter could come to collect me and take me to A&E..everyone was reassuring and professional..

   I was there to use their prescription service as it was a bank holiday & the majority if chemists were closed.my mum had fallen ill & the doctor gave a prescription of antibiotics & steroids. I had excellent service , my mum can only swallow liquids as she is in the later stages of dementia .The pharmacist came over to speak to me after being handed tge prescription , he advised that he'd have to make the medication up & it would take approx 30 mins bug it was more line 20 I waited Friendly helpful staff that kept me informed , highly recommend

   No one answers the phone on any of the options, been trying to sort a prescription for 5 days without so much of a sorry for all the inconvenience caused. Issues and mistakes are expected and understood but blatant ignorance and lack of manners is disgraceful.
