Infuriatingly terrible customer service. Very unhelpful and rude. First and last time I will use this store. I waited patiently with my large parcel, behind another customer whose parcel could not be located. Another customer approached the other counter and the staff member served them immediately. When I was acknowledged and asked to send a Yodel return I was told the system is down with no apology or appreciation for my patience. I asked where the next nearest parcel drop location is. I was told they didn’t know. I can only assume I was ignored as the staff knew they could not make any money from my custom, unlike the customer who they allowed to jump the queue.
