Great product range, but... Everytime we go to this shop, we pick something from the shelf, go.to pay and find the prices at the tills dont match the shelf edge price.. EVERYTIME!! So we shop here rarely abs check everything
A particularly cold evening, ideal for an Indian Takeaway. We chose the set menu for 2 and we weren't disappointed. I collected from their base in Whittlebury. We enjoyed generous portions of excellently prepared food, sufficient for a second meal tomorrow. The two guys running the place were friendly to and polite. We recommend this restaurant.
Generally speaking the range is a nice place to shop with a bit of everything and some unusual things that you don't necessarily see in other mainstream shopping outlets. It's also relatively cheap. The staff are also friendly and the tills are run efficiently. However, the thing that puts me off choosing to shop there when time allows to be more leisurely is that items often aren't priced or price tags aren't updated to match the item being displayed. One reason I perhaps would choose the range is the Iceland more regularly has a half price sale on frozen food which seems to be a fast fading feature in most other super markets and with food prices going up being able to stock my freezer for less than a family meal out truly makes my day!!
I like it here because they have awesome home decors. I also bought 2x Ben & Jerry's Ice cream because its always on offer 2 for £5 yummy! Yesterday November 21, 2023 I visited The Range for Christmas Stuff, it was packed with Christmas Ornaments, Decors and gift ideas ! I bought Garland for my bannister and Christmas Wreath for my front door ! Happy days
Very big store with loads of products, good location and easy access. Good for gifts, diy, basic food shopping, outside and inside decorating. There is a little coffee shop on the mezzanine floor. Staff always busy, but always welcoming and helpful. Thanks and see you again.
Always came in the range as I love it but this review is for Dee Dees cafe! Such a lovely lady working there, can tell she was busy and rush of her feet whilst we were waiting but she concentrated on every customers needs and was polite to all! Witnessing in the cue some horrible judgemental people waiting to be served was saying how the want to call her manager and complain. Writing stuff down on paper which is Highly RUDE! And not the ladies fault. I do hope they are all mouth but I just want to high light this lady was working super hard! We will definitely be back x
Good range of products for the home. Such a shame none of the price tags match the stock on the shelves. Trying to work out how much something costs is impossible. No staff members are able to check either - just send you to customer services at the front of the shop.
Very poor customer experience. Was overcharged yet again for food. Upon requesting a refund for the difference was met with a barrage of excuses, unable to open the till, no change, cant refund food although I didn't want a refund just to be charged the right amount. Retailers need to improve if they want to continue to trade against online. Consumers deserve better.
Ordered the tuna melt panini and curly fries, the tuna melt panini came out overdone so the bread was extremely hard to bite through and the curly fries smelt off so didn’t dare to eat them. Didn’t bother to speak to the staff behind the counter as barely seemed interested in people’s orders let alone complaints. Don’t think I’ll be eating here again.
Great store in nice business park location, parking is free up to 3 hours. Shop is clean tidy and has a wider range of products then other stores. Staff seem friendly and helpful.
