This store in Worthing is smaller than ones I am used to, having moved from London. But the staff are polite and helpful. Th store have a minimal range in the womens, mens and childrens clothing. A fair selection in the food department despite the restrictions on floor space.
My local M&S in Worthing is so good. Love it. Wonderful sfaff - endlessly patient, well informed & cheerful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Love going there & I usually hate shopping!

Outstanding service, I was looking for a particular Christmas food item which has been sold out elsewhere, the manager of the food store searched supplies and managed to find their very last stock of the item! Absolutely brilliant service! Thank you so much!
Health and safety take note of their ladies loos, disgusting. 5 cubicles and 2 to 3 always closed and has been like this past 5 years clearly a problem they are unable to solve. Lucky if any soap is available to wash hands Not what you expect from m and s.
Best department is food. Gym trousers to short for tall women. Walk right past giving women clothes a quick glance as nothing of interest says stop and buy me.
Went to go for a coffe and cake with my wife in the morning. I went to use the toilet before going into the cafe and was met by the most disgusting toilets I have seen in a long time. Tissue paper on the floor and poor smeared around the toilet in both of them. I did not use the cafe as a result and left promptly. Poor standards!!!
Super wonderful service from the poor lady who had to clear up the full bottle of coke that I managed to.spill all over the seat as i put my tray down. And to the awesome Emily who sorted my replacement drink. First class service. Thank you
Nice big shop, nice and clean. But the toilets, they'll not just toilets they are M&S toilets, dirty lots of litter on the floor, you can tell they haven't been cleaned all day. M&S you should be ashamed.
