   Lovely food and the staff are great, but the service is a little slow and sometimes feel they have forgotten. Would love to see a summer menu with more salads etc. Great place to come for a drink and chat outside in the garden.

   We went today for lunch, and didn't book a table. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the food delicious, The menu is very large, so choose well as the portions are generous. It's great they have a lunchtime menu option. Recommend the home made chips if you get the option if it comes your way. We have also been again recently with some friends who hadn't been before, they loved it. The food was excellent, I'd recommend the seafood salad, two of my favourite things to eat. A large portion, but just delicious. No room for pudding for me, next time perhaps! If you've not been yet. You have to go, but book a table.

   Lovely local pub, have been going for the last couple of years and the grub is always spot on and good portion sizes. Only thing is it's a little pricey - nearly 4.50 for a pint of pepsi max almost blew me away!

   Had a lovely lunch here, so glad I booked as the restaurant was very busy. Even so service was excellent and our meals arrived in very good time . Excellent menu choice, we all chose something different and couldn't have been more pleased with our choices Staff were courteous and friendly. Good restaurant layout and garden area. Definitely worth a visit.
