Fantastic shop! Has absolutely everything you could ever need. Staff are incredibly friendly, especially Natalie! Never fails to put a smile on my face even in the darkest of times. Coop seven dials forever!!

There's already a bigger Co-op 200 yards away and now they're evicting their neighbourhood independent shops to create another big Co-op that just isn't needed. It's going to be a big ugly corporate shop 3x the size of the the other independent shops in the area. Recommend everyone boycott the shop. Just use the bigger one seconds away. Pretty angry with Co-op in general for going back on their community first vows.

I use this Co-op a lot, the staff are mostly great. However it does not need to be bigger, there's a bigger one less than 3 minutes walk away. Taking over the two shops next door is just wrong and until that is no longer happening I'll be using this co-op no more!

The coop is crushing the two independent businesses next door in the name of expansion. There is no need, they already have a larger coop about a 5 minute walk from this one! Seven dials thrives on having small independent shops, it makes it a special place to live/ visit. There is nothing cooperative about this stance and I’d encourage everyone in the area to boycott coop to get the point across.

Absolutely no need for the existing blue Co-op with a larger Co-op store already less than a minute up the road. Certainly no need or desire for it to turf out two well-loved independent businesses by expanding. Please get the message that the community does not want to lost two shops for a bigger Co-op. Not in-line with Co-op’s ethics.

Rude, indifferent staff. Too expensive. Always out of stock on fresh food. Think of it more like an off licence and a cramped one at that. Hygiene is questionable. Avoid if you can. It is cheaper to shop at the marks and Spencer and 103 times more pleasant and with more choice

I tried to stop a shop lifter stealing as there is no guard here, for my trouble I’ve got a damaged shoulder. The poor staff at the shop said coop won’t pay for a security guard and this is happening DAILY. Even though apparently customers are being assaulted. Of course coop doesn’t care, it would rather it’s staff and customers err threatened rather than pay for a security guard. They have the security footage. The guy who was thriving and who assaulted me is in the pictures.

Delivery driver extremely rude and ignorant.. parking in the customer parking bay and half on the bike lane. Witnessed the Delivery man verbally abusing an old lady and her grand-daughter

Convenient, essential products to choose from if you don’t need a massive shop - but be warned: there are regular beggars sitting by the cycle racks by Dyke Road - continuously hounding you for spare change or asking ‘if you can help’… Very off putting for the local community and a potential motivator to avoid this store. If it will be merged to a neighbouring shop, please fix the beggar problem either way! Police have been notified.

This is your regular small format mini supermarket so choice of items is relatively limited but has all the essentials including bakery, flowers, alcohol. Staff behaviour can range from extremely warm to extremely cold!! They also have self check out machines
