Honestly my go-to shop as a uni student as they have the essentials. I absolutely LOVE their little bakery section and dabble on croissants and baguette more than I care to admit...

Thought it was bad when this place was a Nisa Local..! Staff are still consistently rude some never even bother to speak to you..?! Smelly shop. Prices have gone through the roof, except for the meal deals..! Disgusting rip off place. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I shopped here for products, which totalled to £3. When I got to a cashier, he scanned my items and said “£2”. I was confused and wanted to make sure so I asked for reassurance if my total was £3 and not £2. Instead of being competent, he took offence, became very passive-aggressive, and happened to gossip about me to someone he must have known. Very unprofessional.

This shop has a strange depressive air to it. On closer inspection you realise that two of the three large windows have been obscured to make way for the checkout tills and copious number of tobacco, alcohol and sugar on display. The third window is partially obscured by adverts for the national lottery and video adverts. The sacrifice of daylight for additional opportunities to peddle legal addictions in an area that suffers high levels of addiction and social problems tells the customers all they need to know about the intentions of the business. My advice, avoid the store. Buy fruit and veg elsewhere and don't let them profit in this way.

The whole shop should be passed on to new management because 98% of the staff are just awful. If I could give it minus stars I would. Feels like I lose 5 years off my life every time I go in there and am condescended by rude staff. Never mind the stock issues and the fact that there's never money in the cash point.

I love this shop. Great for pretty much everything stock wise and they have Co-Op own brand products. It's a cross between a corner shop and mini-mart. They do great deals and although they can't compete with large supermarket prices you have the convenience of being able to pop in and get what you need. The staff, especially the family, are so friendly and always keen to help you. With hot food, coffee and a Subway you can grab lunch or breakfast too.

Super convenient with the majority of products required in store. Very friendly and welcoming staff. There's a hot food point and coffee machine. Also they have a Post Office connected to the shop as well as a Subway attached. Also very handy for seasonal items like Christmas, Easter, and Halloween chocolates and decorations, woollen gloves, umbrellas, sun glasses, etc.
