   It used to be good, but now it's not the same anymore. The staff are more concerned with keeping the shelves stocked than answering customers' questions. I asked a man in his 50s wearing glasses who works there about a product, I think he was the manager, he showed me something else and turned his back and left me talking to myself. What a bad example... it left a lot to be desired... That's the team at Co Op Steyning. Highly not recommended. High prices, bad service and poor service... Feedback

   A very useless co op really... I popped in for a quick cake as fancied a treat and was third in line at the till... The lady serving watched the back log reach to ten or more people and didn't bother buzzing for assistance as all some of us wanted was a treat and to pay a pound for it and leave... Never experienced such slow service.. Before anyone says about self service ... They don't accept cash

   Great store, friendly staff, a wide selection of goods. It's the biggest food store in Steyning. It has "card only" Self checkouts, Well worth a visit.
